We have received nominations for some outstanding bright shiny women and awards will be presented to the winners of these three categories:

  1. Endeavors undertaken to promote or enhance EQUAL RIGHTS in the workplace,
  2. Particular effort and engagement with an area of ADVOCACY OR LAW REFORM,
  3. Demonstration of exemplary commitment or conduct in COMMUNITY SERVICE.

All nominators, nominees, their colleagues and their friends as well as our those in our community services network are invited to celebrate at the Award Presentation Cocktail Party on Thursday 15 June, hosted by The Colins Biggers & Paisley Foundation at their offices in the CBD. All nominees will be acknowledged and the event is a wonderful opportunity to hear about some fantastic work, learn about some inspiring projects and meet some wonderful women.

Colin-Biggers-&-Paisley-Foundation-WebWinners will be treated to a special care-package including a spa treatment voucher!

We will be joined by Natasha De Silva (Director, Women NSW), Edwina MacDonald (Director of Policy and Advocacy, ACOSS) and Natalie Lang (NSW State Secretary, ASU) to present the awards.
